In 1997, Mathdoc set up SemProba, the index to the Séminaire de probabilités de Strasbourg. The website is hosted on a dedicated server. This is a database produced in Strasbourg which contains comments, criticism and sometimes informal descriptions of the presentations from the Séminaire de probabilités.
The index records and comments for Séminaire des Probabilités were written by the former editors, notably Paul-André Meyer, Michel Émery and Marc Yor with the help of Laurent Guillopé, Elizabeth Cherhal and Claude Goutorbe from Mathdoc and colleagues from Institut de Recherche Mathématique Avancée (IRMA) of the University of Strasbourg.
This index coexists with the Séminaire de Probabilités de Strasbourg, which Mathdoc digitised through its cooperation with the IRMA library and made available online via Numdam.
